fnb service is pathetic

I Purchased a ps4 however i had to return it because it was not in working order. I then returned it the very next day. When I made the purchase, the contract quoted agreement was R399 per month and when I went back a week later to fetch another ps4 (because they did not have stock) they told us that the price is now R429 per month which obviously did not make sense. I went to the store yesterday and had to wait for over an hour because their manager was busy and could not attend to my query so i left. I went back today and they said that the manager is still busy and they will give me a call after 2 hours to fetch it I gave them a call and the guy told me that they are still busy with the query and if I want to take the game it will cost me R429pm and I disagreed. The service is terrible to say the least
