FNB service is outstanding

I am amazed by the incredible service by FNB since I posted about paying for a new card. Not only did they reply with a solution the email was written without AI or being an automatic response 'bravo'.... however it only gets better - my encounter at the Woodmead branch with Busi Matsaung was exceptional - I cant thank her enough for her outstanding service and personal touch - give this girl a Bells - I will never change banks with this type of unbeatable service - BRAVO
