FNB Service is not up to standard.
I Must say that I had so much trust in FNB however after our experience with my family we have received very poor service, it is shocking that for a bank with such a good reputation, would be so ******** and not even care to give feedback after multiple follow-ups, In November we lost our Sister and my mom lost a daughter (late Miss Nadia Coka) who passed away 2nd November 2022, and FNB is the handling her will,.. from the start nothing was handled well... the will was never read with us we had to find a copy then ask the private banker to read it for us, I must say you have no structure no professionalism or good customer experience, we as the Coka Family are very dissapointed and we are not sure what to do and where to go, we are even opting to rather use external parties who can assist us with the process to finalize my sisters estate, this process is taking so long with no advice given to us the bank has no interest yet they were on my sister's case to take this service with them and now that she is late all she was promised is not taking place , we have bills to pay , her kids fees are out standing her car is not being paid and the bank is on our case like i have never seen such poor service it is disappointing that now we have to now write such reviews and we are on the verge of loosing assets due to this poor service which the bank probably wants us to loose them we are very dissapointed as the family that such is being done by an employee who is getting paid for not working
