FNB service is lacking!! They used to be one of the best banks!

Poor service! Really after being with them for 4 years i have been transferring money from Namibia to Cape Town for the last 3 years and no issues and and all of a sudden they saying they cant trance my money and they havent received it, last time i drew 800 from the atm my money didnt come out the atm and the money was taken from my account, and havent been reimbursed with my money, I left it! But to hear that my 2000 is just missing and that no money was made into my account when i have the POP with a reference number too. What happened to fnb!!! The service is sooooo horrible! Ive been with Nedbank for a shorter time and its the best service ive ever gotten. I am closing that account once this is sorted!!!!!!

I really need urgent help, it was stated that someone was going to see to me yesterday!!!!!!! And all ive been getting is messages to say they going to get to me shortly, why is it that my money is disappearing and fnb is just calm!!!!!!!!!!! What is happening with my money,a place that your money is supposed to be secure with!!!! Ive never wanted to review fnb like this!!!! I need to someone to review my matter and help me urgently!!!!!! I do not want to sit with this matter any longer and demand someone help me solve my problem, i do not want to take this any further! I was on the phone 3 times yesterday and was transferred the entire time and they said forex has to help me and eventually i speak to someone and they cant even help or they dont answer!!!!!!
