FNB service is just pathetic.
I am so disgusted with the service one gets from this bank! After wasting my time and money on a call to this bank trying to decrease my overdraft limit, I am still yet to get someone who can help. I have been sent from pillar to post and the last straw was when someone just cut the call on my ear. Please make sure your people are trained to help and not cause further stress. All i want to do is pay back your money!!!
