I need a letter to confirm available funds for a Visa. FNB cant assist with that. I guess its "good luck with the Visa" 45 minutes on online chat. 3 different representative. Just wasted time. Thanks Mpho Voko, Shile and Keabetswe for being useless...

Thanks to the whole FNB who doesn't have 1 person who can type a confirmation letter. Thanks to the idiots who does your policies. You are not a personal bank. You are an automated piece of garbage. I could just as well talk to an ATM. The ATM would just respond quicker..
