FNB - Service is a joke!!!!!!!
Can someone please just downgrade my account as i have been asking for assistance the last 3 months. I cant afford it and i want to be refunded as i was promised more that 10 times that my request has been escalated but no one gets back to me and money just gets taken off my account and i asked and stated that I'm unable to afford the amount that's being debited.

Hope this matter gets resolved as soon as possible as i have been promised for the last 3 months that my account will be downgraded back to Premier as i cant afford R399 a month and then i go into arrears and i get held responsible for any penalties that's been occurred in that time.
