FNB Service is a disgrace

All I need is a statement on a student loan. I called the student loan call center several times, and get referred somewhere else, or the call is dropped. I've wasted over two hours on this process, and all my airtime. I'm still no closer to getting that statement.

FNB, your service is a disgrace. Shame on you.
