FNB service goin down the toilet - but spending millions on MARKETING lies

Can not buy my LOTTO ticket anymore - it says "invalid draw numbers" - total ****. 10 draws are on their WEB site - they just neglect the online banking - and I do not trust the APP - They are getting worse by the day but BIG marketing and "nor reply" e-mails. FNB has lost completely touch with their clients ..... I want BARCLAYS BACK
