FNB service from Angel Manyoni

I would like to express the disgusting service that FNB loan department gives. I am not a client of the bank but I settled a debt for my elderly father. An *********** person named Angel Manyoni took my call on 15 April 2021, until today 30 April Angel Manyoni has not resolved my query. This reflects the kind of management that lead such individual. I have left several messages and sent emails to FNB with no response. FNB is an *********** company that does not live up to it's slogan and has ***** as employees.
