FNB service fees

Can we please address the fact that FNB cheque account initially said their charges are R100 where does value added service fees, value added service fees also. Seems its true what people say about it being the most expensive bank. I've also had endless problems with them you call the numbers provided its either people don't answer or they just transfer you from person to person. I'm quite disappointed I've used fnb for over 15years and now I'm really considering changing there's always fees going off from my account and it's not small change it's a good R70-150 etc. You guys should not false advertise that a cheque account you only pay R100
