Fnb service
I have recently hit a big bump financially and the only place I could turn to was fnb applying for a loan and a credit card. I have worked hard keeping my credit score in check for times like these. I turned to fnb because its the bank I use and trusted but when I app**** for my credit card I had to phone in everyday, and everyday something new was needed from me which I wasn't informed of for example my payslip. I waited 2 weeks and decided to call fnb again regarding my credit card because I got no feedback, only for them to tell me that my credit card application was declined. I went to the branch and spoke to the consultant about a loan and she informed me Im pre approved for a credit card of R13000. I went ahead for the credit card again and told her my story. She told me she will personally email me regarding my credit card application status. It's been 3 days now and I haven't received any emails or feedback. This is frustrating as it is an emergency. What is the use having a bank that you trusted to turn to when you in need but now have to look to other banks for help and assistance in a crisis. I'm extremely disappointed.
