FNB Service failure!

I am grossly infuriated by the services I have recently received from FNB, I actually have concluded that I will be transferring to another bank that will not trap its customers to pay unnecessary costs but also treat them with respect!

I lost my card recently and immediately tried to block it through my app, only to find out that the service of blocking my card was not available the only option available was to cancel my card which I then used the service in the interest of protecting my money. I recovered my card and called FNB to unblock it, stayed on the line for over an hour!! only to be told my app was not verified and thus I only had limited services to CANCEL MY CARD! which I now have to PAY for to get a replacement! when my card has been recovered!!NO ONE nor NOTHING tells you that when you change phones the app has to be verified AT THE BRUNCH which I did and they failed!

To date I have no card or access to my money! yet I pay for all these useless services strategically places to rip us off!!

I have through several attempts tried to resolve this issue but all I have received is a long list of useless reference numbers, lies and filth!! I launched this complaint on the 3rd of Sept, TO DATE no one has tried to get hold of me, yet the service turn around time I was told about was 24 hours!

This is a shame!
