FNB service equal to that from government

I'm an FNB Private client and I requested a further loan on my bond. My private banker gave me an email for Ryan Bernice, a home loans sales consultant at FNB. My first email to him was exactly 3 months ago and he has done everything in his power to avoid helping me even though I have given him weeks between follow ups. Each time I ask him for feedback he will reply with something like "if I get feedback then I'll give you feedback" or "feedback for what?" or he will change the subject to something else that has no relevance to my application. When I complain about all the emails in the email trail that he ignored then he just claims that he never received those emails even though I have proof that they were sent to him and that my Private Banker was CC'd. This kind of dishonesty and rudeness should not be tolerated by a financial institution of any kind never mind FNB.
