**** FNB service

I by accident blocked my banking app my device because of delayed OTP’s coming through, this happened on Thursday already. I called and was put through a different depts wasting my airtime. Eventually I get to an agent that tells me it will take 48 hours for my banking app to be unblocked. It is now Saturday and 48 hrs later and it’s still not working. I’ve been calling and calling but not getting in touch with an agent. How much longer should I wait for assistance.
