FNB service down the drain
FNb has the worst service . i just wanted to update my details i have been to the store three times because i changed my cell now my ewallet s not linked and have called premier banking and just getting the run around nobody in this company seems to know whats going on . pathetic service . i have spoken to LEMo,Daniel (ewallet) who just cut me off . then i dealed with maraka who provided a case ref - Case reference :CAS-***-B2M5Q5 . why could this not have been when i went to the store . how many areas must a cell number changed ?how illiterate is fnb staff ? mr a does not use this number anymore please change . ok sir changed .only to find a few days later it was not changed everywhere ? can a good bank with better service read this and contact me maybe i can switch over.

Simple english.
Remove my old number *** and its ewallet account out of my account.
Add my *** and its ewallet account to my bank account.
Is this so difficult?
Will another bank do this for me?
Bonolo’s response is that”you have no money in that account thats why its not reflecting” simple and daft response.
I been using fnb many of years i know how the site and app works. Just pathetic service.i guess we are not valued clients as fnb make us out to be.
