FNB SERVICE DISSATISFACTION

I decided to bank with FNB due to its convenience for my needs. However, I've been really disappointed with the recent service. How can a payment that's already been settled be debited again? And even after notifying them, they still haven't reversed it back into my account. I believe they can definitely do better than this, very disappointed
