FNB service deteriorated to pathetic

FNB ATM are recently more out of service than operational, one drive from one to the next and waste time and fuel just to find the next one also out of service. FNB paid my Standard Bank home loan on 2nd of the month ( there were sufficient funds) nd then reversed it with the words" EDO COLLECTION ATTEMPT" WHF does it mean and why do they do this?. I phoned then and queried it with online chat but their assistant staff is totally ******** and have no idea what they do....Be warned this bank had gone totally down the drain- the staff is totally ***********, stay away from it and move your accounts to other banks.
