FNB service delivery is non-existent!

I made a payment via PayShap on the 26th of May 2025 and to date,it has not been received.I opened a case and was told it would be resolved in 7 working days but nothing is happening.I am spending my time chasing up on secure chat and calling the call centre only to be sent from pillar to post.This is unacceptable service!Can I just please get my money back!
