FNB service delivery is a disaster when it comes to monies being deducted from your account. The worst bank ever.
FNB service delivery is a disaster when it comes to monies being deducted from your account. The worst bank ever. I called them on the 6th to alert them of an amount being deducted as per the information below and I was told we cannot stop it; we will investigate and come back to you. to date they did not say anything. Worse my card was cancelled and their CCD courier still have not delivered my card, when I call them, they say they have been trying to get hold of me really!!!
