Fnb service cresta branch

So after arriving at the fnb branch cresta at 12:20 wanting to fix my internet banking app I was not even looked at the whole time or checked on to see what the staff could help me with. I get up on my own to try and sort it out on the computers and only told at 13:15 that I need to call the client service however they are closed and now I can't do my banking anymore. Worst service I've ever received from the cresta branch and this is where i bank majority of the time I'm very dissatisfied and immensely disappointed in the service given here
