FNB - Service Consultant Super Heroes

I experienced top-class service from the service consultant at the Republic on Ferndale FNB branch in Randburg, Gauteng.

Eulalie Nero, was the hero of the day!

Due to an incident of theft I had to cancel my all cards and suspend my accounts. Soon after the incident occurred I went to the branch to order new cards and reinstate all my accounts, etc.

Unfortunately there were delays with my credit card.

I called the helpline and wasn’t getting anywhere. Feeling frustrated with the entire incident (theft and the knock-on effects thereof) I went to my branch again to speak to a person and Eulalie calmly assisted me.

She showed me how to order a new card via the app and explained to me why my account had limited functionality.

I left the branch feeling great and, moreover, tended to!
