FNB service comparable to government agencies.

Are we seeing our traditional friendly banking experience slowly turned into the arrogant, disgustful service we all despises from our governmental agencies. Arrogant consultants making you feel as if they are doing you a favour.<br> <br> My FNB experience: (and surely the last time I will ever deal with FNB)<br> Reason for going to the branch: I wanted to close a 32 day notice account I opened for my daughter 15 years ago, and transfer the money to another savings vehicle. I had to wait more than 2 hours in a queue for this simple task that eventually took less than 5 minutes to complete. The most annoying of all was the arrogance of the staff, I will explain in the following post.<br>
