Phone the bank about my revolving loan. After 25 minutes on the phone and 5 transfers later still no idea what is going on with my account. The people working there just don't know what de gdll they are doing

19 Nov 2024, 18:372 days and still no idea what is going on. Was told to accept a debicheck mandate on my app that does not exist. 🤣🤣🤣 4 of the 5 calls you can't even hear the person speaking. A shame a can't make a new review.
