Fnb service

Well, fnb apparently put my account on with out even notifying me. I suspect that they are been bully, exercising authority with regarding personal privacy and the not informing me adequately what was the reason they needed specific private information. Mertle Lobai was really rude, unprofessional and have no patience whatsoever. My refusal to provide fnb with information that I believe is private and for them not to explain to me why my specific account is been investigated. I'm sure they can do better than this....... ✌️
