FNB SERVICE

I am appalled by the service from FNB! I requested paid up letter for accounts - they said 3 working days ( in writing)

It's been a week now since I spoke to someone AGAIN and all of a sudden it's 21 business days and not their problem i must wait for something they should have sorted out in August already
