FNB Service at Sancadia

Hi...I have no idea as to whats happening at the Sancadia FNB branch. I have been here waiting to see a consultant from 12:07, till now we still waiting in a queue. I'm on number 37 and the next person will be 35. So I take it I'll be helped around 15:00 since it seems like the agents here assist each client in 1hour. I have witnessed people leave from waiting in the queue and it's frustrating. Please add more stiff or upgrade systems, or please hire more staff because waiting more than an hour for service is really frustrating.
