FNB 'service' as bad as Nedbank
Sadly, FNB has proved to be just another bank with no outstanding features!<br> I was advised by a consultant in the branch to order a new credit card online, to save myself the card fee of R150. I did this, only to find that one account had been removed from my regular banking profile and now only appeared on my business profile, which is quite inconvenient when going through my accounts. On querying this, I was told by my personal banker that I would have to go into a branch to rectify this - although it was not under my instruction that this had happened (apparently, it was 'the system' that 'automatically' made the change). I refused to do this and it was miraculously changed back to the way it was previously. Happy customer! However. 3x credit cards that were previously active were cancelled (also, 'automatically' by the 'system') and after lots of to-ing and fro-ing, new cards were issued, at a cost to me of R120.00 per card! Obviously, I objected to paying for the re-issuing of perfectly good cards, which were cancelled by FNB. Now FNB is ordering new cards, but petrol cards and I have to sign all kinds of forms and I don't want petrol cards, I want credit cards. Not resolved!
