FNB SERVICE AND TURNAROUND TIME IS PATHETICE

I wrote a review more than a week ago. After millions of secure chats and telephone calls and acknowledgement from FNB that the issue is on their side, the refund has not yet happened more than 11 days later. What is ludicrous is that they say it will take them 3-10 days to resolve the matter. The more automated they have become the less customer friendly they are. Clearly FNB is losing the plot.
