FNB SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION NON EXSISTANT

Been trying to sort out a forex return sinse 6th of August using secure chat on app to date nothing been sorted and to be told to send an email now, they told me 7-10 working days moneys would be returned, still nothing, they quick to take your money but take forever to return it, plus my card was ****** was issued a new one same day i asked re a personalised one they gladly accepted without informing about the cost on both cards if they had told me this i would not have ordered another card
