FNB service
I am so unhappy with FNB, I called to get assistance and I get told to go to the atmosphere and sort it out, I try call today the phone was put down or dropped no call back, I cannot get into my bank or banking app and I'm on the verge of changing banks this is the 4th times it's happened. Fnb still has my old number from 2 years ago and now the otp get sent there. I have been a loyal fnb client for years and now I'm extremely unhappy, I need someone to call me back and assist.
