FNB Service

I queried so many times the same issue for months with FNB no one helps me. I was retrenched in April asked them to please stop the debit orders an till today nothing has been done. The account has gone into a minus now again after having paid the failed debits last Friday. I know there is something they can do because I dont want to close my account. I suppose they are just not interested in assisting.
