Fnb service

I am really so angry with fnb. They closed my son's account with out any communication as to why. When i called the call centre they adviced me that i need to be referred to another department after the call was dropped the first time. I asked the lady why the account was closed she said that she can not answer me on that it is for another department and dropped the call.
