FnB service

I am extremely disappointed with the service I've received from FnB, I have made numerous calls to the call centre, branch visits and sent emails. All these attempts have not yielded results. I would appreciate receiving assistance from FnB with the requests. I have been calling religiously from 30 July 2020 with empty promises at every juncture.
