FNB Service

FNB use to be a good bank now they have just gone to the dogs. When i tried calling on Friday to get assistance the consultant who assisted me would not even give me her name she just kept saying no, lands up muting my call so i put down and not have been assisted. Its Monday already and no one has bothered phoning me to assist with my query even though i called them and emailed them... Well done for loosing another client FNB... With your customer service i'm surprised you have any clients left.
