Fnb Service

I have just spoken to one of FNB credit card collections consultant by the name of Winile Magwaza who just told me that my credit card has gone above limit and that I must pay an amount of R4000.00, she told me of recent transactions similar to those I had reported last year that where taking place on Toll roads which I had never been to,

Last year whilst driving I was involved in an attempted hijack and I lost my wallet including FNB cards, I reported this matter to the police station and also approached FNB and asked them to close this cards, I was assured that both my cheque card and credit card was closed and received new cards, hardly a few days or months later I called FNB to enquire about many transactions with reference numbers not known to me taking place in different toll gates in Limpopo and other areas around the country, I was told to get in touch with the FNB ***** department where I spoke to several people including managers who could not assist, I was made to fill forms with all transactions that took place and send it back to them, this was done but I still needed to follow up with them, only after logging a Hello Peter Complaint did I receive a call from certain people in FNB telling me that this money will not be credited back to me because it had not left my bank account and that it was on a holding account, I have been paying FNB Credit card for over years now and have reached a point of no return

I am shocked to receive a call today about same Toll gate transactions taking place and these where confirmed by Winile Magwaza that these transactions left my account and hence the account is over limit.

I have been paying this account with it's high interest rates every single months and sacrificed so much to dishonor other debts I have, I am at my wits with FNB and would not advise anyone to take up a credit with FNB and their poor service.
