Fnb service

I've had unauthorized payments from my bank account to Nigeria called fnb last week Thursday on Friday I received a email of a document I'm supposed to fill it I filled it in and sent it back fnb said they would get back to me within 2-5 working days I haven't heard back from them neither have they reversed the money back into my account at this time I just want my money back and to switch banks cause of the poor service at fnb
