FNB ********** SERVICE

On the 6th of March I contacted FNB credit card division, Ref: CAS_***9-R8X2GZ regarding interest charged to my credit card account of R890.43. I wanted to know which transactions on my credit account were older than 55 days and how FNB arrived at this interest amount. The consultant said that the turn around time was 6 hours, 96 hours have passed with not a single word from FNB. I have approached the NFOS before regarding FNB's ********** service and I won't hesitate to lodge a complaint with them again. The interest for 6 March of R131.49, would also like to know how this was calculated.
