FNB sending me to an early grave

It's been exactly a month ago since i last heard from a FNB consultant (Mpho), who is supposedly handling my complaint and promised to conduct an investigation of what happened to my account, the last time i called FNB to cancel my account, however not running away from the outstanding balance, i made my intentions clear since May 2023 but to date rebate fees, INT on debit fees and monthly account fees are still charged... My account was handed over to collectors and I've been paying, however with all these added fees i see no point to continue paying this account....
