Fnb sending me messages about a policy I never opened

Over a year ago I contacted FNB to inform them That I keep getting smses from them pertaining to a FNB funeral plan which does not belong to me

They still have not addressed this

I keep getting messages about a policy I never opened

This not acceptable and my name and details need to be removed IMMEDIATELY
