FNB sending incorrect info to credit bureau

I paid up my credit card 5 months ago but fnb submit incorrect information to the credit bureau that I owe them money. I requested a paid up letter that dated May 2024. I even called to confirm that my credit card is closed. I tried submitting a complaint on fnb website but received no response. This should be a ***** case as this negative affects my credit profile. Why can’t you get this right? I am sick and tired of this incompetence. This is not the first time.
