FNB sending card to unauthorised location

FNB just sent my new card to a branch without me confirming the location. I no longer live in that area. Have to order AND PAY for a new card to be sent to my branch. AND have to pay for a temp card. HOWEVER they still sent it to the wrong location after that order was cancelled.
