FNB send threatening sms's saying to take legal action without a proper reason... beware people
I had sms from FNB saying I should avoid legal action regarding my credit card when I pay monthly towards it. I even went into a branch and one of your employees looked at my account and said it looks like payments are up to date tho I must ask why is my account gone to collections department? ... also your call centre will call me and ask something or say something and then I will receive phone calls on the same day or days apart from other call centres of yours asking me the exact same question. Do you guys have a database?
Also if your purse or wallet gets ****** then you have to replace the cards and it costs almost R500.... that is so so expensive. What the heck? It was ******, so it is not asif it was just lost....
Another things is that I get message saying my next installment must be R2000 for credit card by why is that? That is way to high!!
I also feel like you fees and interest on credit is way to high again and it makes you feel trapped.... when I had my credit card open then the interest and fees together were about 5*** a year. It feels as if it traps you... I have closed my credit card and feel like the fees are less but still received sms saying avoid legal action.... I can understand if you send that message to someone that has not been paying their credit at all but if I was paying mine monthly then why threaten me like that?
Also it feels as if your guys admin ect is down or up to tricks.... no offense
