Fnb send me a quatation for a temporary loan on my email and didn't do a quatation

I got an email from FNB dated 05 May 2022 that saying quatation for temporary loan, and I never requested a temporary loan. I don't know whats happening with Fnb but this is unprofessional cause you cannot send me the quatation of of a temporary loan that I didnt apply, Fnb must tell me what's happening and also I hope whatever that their doing did not affected my credit beaurue.
