FNB Selling Us

I have a personal loan with FNB and I spoke to a collections agent about paying it. Now suddenly I get threatening letters from a second one. I call the first and they say I must still pay them. The second collections company insists that I pay them. I don't understand now who to pay as you get harassed daily from 2 different companies. I just want to pay and get it done with.
