FNB selfish & still charging me interest on paid bonds

I have paid my 2 FNB loans in June 24. I see now FNB is still charging me interest whereas I am not owing anything. Seriously??? Sort it asap or close my 2 bonds then asap. I’m Supposed to be getting interest back from FNB but it is the other way around. That’s a joke from FNB!
