FNB seldom responds to emails and messages

I suspect that FNB has over-reached itself in growing its customer base, to the point where dealing with client enquiries is just no longer practically possible.
My most recent case was what I consider to be an SMS ****. Phoned the hotline, spoke to Tshego who asked that I screencapture the SMS and email it to ********** Did so. I followed up a few days later but did never get a response.

What is the point of contacting FNB - especially in case of phishing - if they do not repond?

Reviewer Update

Hi - this communication has died. After having had someone phone me, asking for the emails and screencapture of the SMS which you had lost, I have nothing further, despite asking that a confirmation reply to the email be sent to me. I have also privately through hellopeter tried to prompt the bank for action without any reponse. The person I have been dealing with is Jacqueline Machaba/Bela.
