FNB seems to capitalise on ******* debit orders

I am absolutely frustrated with FNB. I have been getting debit orders of R115 from a company called Mzansi and recently R129 from Procall. I received text messages from these companies informing me of a debit order that will go off on my account. I have sent a formal complain to FNB to let them know that I did not authorise these debit orders and for them to assist in blocking them before they go off.

I never received any assistance from FNB, instead I was told wait for the debit order to go through and then reverse and block the debit order. I am still charged a reversal fee though for a debit order that I did NOT authorise. We keep money in a bank account for safe keeping but it still gets ****** and FNB is very casual about this.

Could it be that FNB enjoys the perks of all these reversal fee's?????
