FNB - see how you can help me

I am trying to get a portfolio valuation on my share investor account as at the 28 February 2023. This is not a document that is available online or provided with my tax pack. I tried via the app chat and was told to call into the Share Investment helpdesk. I was assisted by a lady who told me to go online!?! (Talk about pillar to post). I told her it is not available online. She advised that the admin department would have to extract this information and email it to me, and that I would receive it by COB yesterday or latest this morning. I still have not received it. I need this document for tax purposes and cannot understand why it is so difficult to obtain. What a service let failure for such a simple request.
