FNB security issues - lack of assistance

I had money *****ulently taken from my business account and immediately reported this to FNB. Even though the online transaction went through 2 minutes before I received an OTP, FNB’s only response was that I provided the OTP to someone. I have two-factor authentication and have to approve all transactions in my banking app. I have heard numerous similar stories and believe that FNB’s security is severely compromised. I have spent hours on the phone, sent multiple emails and visited 2 branches. To date FNB is unwilling/unable to assist and I am now forced to take legal action.
